Adding a Benefit Code in Umo

If you or your organization are City Go members and elected to use the Umo Mobility app, you may have a special benefit code you’ll need to enter to access your transportation benefits. Entering a benefit code is simple and helps ensure you have access to all your City Go Membership benefits.

Steps to Add a Benefit Code

  1. Open the Umo app and navigate to the menu (☰) at the top right

  2. Find "Redeem Benefit" in the menu and click it

  3. Click "Change Agency" and select "VRT - Valley Regional Transit"

  4. Enter the eight-digit code in the boxes after "VRT -"

  5. Click the "Continue" button on the bottom of the screen

  6. Your benefit code should now be added to your account. Verify by checking your passes
